Doctor Tuttle is in!
Sam White has been drawing comics and writing for as long as he can remember, with Charles Schulz and Louis L’Amour being his two biggest influences. Working now in the medical field, Sam sees a lot that needs to be commented on — and hence Tuttle, the doctor and friend to a whole slew of crazies. Tuttle’s and DoctorTuttle run in several newspapers in Texas. Sam’s novels can be found at garisonfitch.com.

Census

For those who aren’t cultured enough to remember, Phydeaux is massacring the classic John Denver song “Annie’s Song”.

Senior Senor

With sixteen kids, it’s kind’ve surprising he hasn’t named any of them Junior.

Lighter than Air?

I love all the people who don’t get the joke in the first panel.

Creepy Joe?

In my defense, at time in which this was drawn, it seemed like Creepy Joe–excuse me, Sleepy Joe–was hopelessly out of the race.

Do You Smell?

I find it interesting that, as dumb as Pete is, he still knows words like olfactory and plantar.

Medicare Regulations

This came about because I’ve been told more than once that I can’t start billing until I’ve “laid eyes” on the PT. (That’s pro talk for “patient”.)

Cougar Pickups

The car probably should be bigger, but I wanted enough of it in the picture to make it clear that it really is a Mercury Cougar.

Warning!!!

I have long wondered about this. On the day I drew this, it was a Friday and I had been sitting at a light when the tornado sirens went off. No one seemed to think anything about it. If it had been a real emergency, I don’t know how long it would have taken us to realize that.

B-25 (sort of)

I saw an advertisement for a chance to ride in a restored B-25 and I admit that sounded like fun. The only thing was, it was only about a week after a vintage aircraft at an airshow had gone down for no known reason.
