I thought this was funny, but I’ve had to explain to way too many people what a “sum” is.
I had to explain to some people what “aerosol cheese” is. Luddites!
The funny thing was, I drew this cartoon then, a few days later, my wife and I were eating at a place and I realized it WAS easier to eat my baked potato like a hot dog.
I could never jump one rope with any success. Two just looked like a potential hanging.
As someone who was prone to little seizures before getting on the right meds, I feel qualified to make this joke.
Inspired by a fast-food chain that recently started advertising “beer-battered fish”.
This one has gone over very well. I was a little worried that some might take offense, but if they did, it wasn’t enough to make them write in.
I love how “dark” this strip starts out. (Full disclosure: I do have mugs shaped like Snoopy’s head.)
I love words, but I have always been terrible at crossword puzzles. I have two sisters who are really good at them.
I never understood the original saying, so mine makes at least as much sense.
