This cartoon got more notes of agreement than anything I’ve done in a long time. I think even the retired are worried about being replaced by automatons. How many of you caught the Star Trek reference in this strip?
It was shortly after doing this cartoon that I actually made French toast with jalapeno cheese bread. It was pretty good, but not good enough to repeat.
I like BBQs and grilling, but not enough to pay the price of some of the grills I see in the hardware store. I’m more than happy with our little cheap, charcoal grill.
It was kind of interesting thirty years ago when the people at DQ would turn your Blizzard upside down before serving it to you. Now, it just strikes me as weird. Like, “Yeah, cool, hand me my ice cream!”
