“Cottage & CO”, starring Burt Cottage, was the strip I drew years ago, before “Tuttle’s”. Seeing these characters again is like running into a dear old friend. I drew them today (my birthday, by coincidence) because this punch line just didn’t work with any of the characters in “Tuttle’s”.
When I go to the eye doctor and he has me read from this chart, how do I know he knows what’s written there. I’m looking at the chart, not paying attention to whether he is or not!
I have found that it is fashionable in some circles to bash Lucado’s books saying the theology is simplistic. I think those who say so just want to dismiss his work and not deal with it.
I have never watched an entirety of one of those movies, but as I visit patients, that’s often what’s on TV in their room. In those half-hour blocks, they all look the same.
