This was drawn in July when it was REALLY hot. It came out in the papers during a weird cool spell.
In this case, the third panel came to mind and I had to think of what landed Penn in that position.
My wife will flip between stations, watch all three weather reports, then decide which one she likes best.
I find that the most accurate weather forecasts involve looking out my own window.
I thought of this one years ago, and I think drew a version of it for ‘Cottage & CO’, but I kept hearing that people didn’t get it. Hopefully, you do.
