Doctor Tuttle is in!
Sam White has been drawing comics and writing for as long as he can remember, with Charles Schulz and Louis L’Amour being his two biggest influences. Working now in the medical field, Sam sees a lot that needs to be commented on — and hence Tuttle, the doctor and friend to a whole slew of crazies. Tuttle’s and DoctorTuttle run in several newspapers in Texas. Sam’s novels can be found at garisonfitch.com.

Hummus Up a Song!

My wife really likes hummus. I’ve found a couple flavors I like, but on the whole I am not a fan.

Butter Answer was Correct!

Sometimes I wonder why Tottle thinks Pete is a good resource for his education.

Lemon-like

I started out to mention a specific lemon candy, but wasn’t sure about the trademark implications. Think of a bursting star. This is almost as funny.

Noel Chicken

My wife used to make a dish called “Noel Chicken”. It was fantastic. I think she stopped because she got tired of it. (I didn’t.)

One for the House

The first two panels are a true story. The third is not. Who buys a round for the people at Wendy’s?!?!

Beholderin’ Eyes

Possums do a great service for us all. Really. They eat their weight in ticks. It’s not their fault they are ugly and smell bad.

Heart Cockles Be Warmed

I did not make up the information in the second panel. I wonder if it’s true, though. Surely there’s a more pedantic explanation.

Brothers Mario

Who knew that a movie that was just fun could do this well? (Answer: anyone with a brain.)

Sympathy Isn’t What It Used to Be

I was afraid this might offend some people, but it went over best with the people with daughters. I guess people have a sense of humor after all.

Worth Fighting For

I am a big fan of the original iterations of both Wars and Trek. The recent iterations of Trek have left me cold and the recent series of Wars are kinda “meh”.
