This was drawn in July when it was REALLY hot. It came out in the papers during a weird cool spell.
My first thought was a “feeling down” joke that might have been inappropriate. I like this one better. And since Flatfoot’s girlfriend is a chicken, that kind of ruined the first joke, anyway.
I’m surprised I’ve gotten no feedback on this from any Masons. I know there are a few left in this world.
To be a good counselor, you need empathy. For your own sanity, you need a good sense of humor. Remember where you are before using either.
The schooling to be a psychologist, psychiatrist or counselor is quite extensive. So why are they all still so … oh, never mind. We know the answer.
This is probably true.
I think we all know a person like this. All the opinions and no idea that any of them might be wrong or unpopular.
I bet college students today have never heard of “hi bobs”. It’s hard to say that’s a bad thing.
My sisters have really enjoyed this whole “aunt” thing. I wonder how many people who pronounce it “auhnt” have been perplexed by the whole joke.
Seriously, I ditched Facebook and Twitter years ago and have never regretted either decision. Don’t think I’ve missed out on anything, either.
