I drew this one right after the freak snow storm we had in March … which now seems so far back as to be in the category of, “Did that really happen or am I just making it up?”
Sounds like a winner to me!
This was a statistic I actually read. No, I don’t know where. I showed my doctor this strip and he thought the number was low, too.
Of course, the big question is: why does Tuttle HAVE socks?
This came about because I once cut myself (not bad) with a new putty knife.
I looked up the answer to this once. Now I don’t remember.
I would like to know how he held the gun and pulled the trigger? His feet? His wings?
As I read back over this one, I think maybe there should have been some note of alarm, thinking that the caller wanted Tuttle to whack someone.
And it’s easier to draw two stripes than thirteen.
I work around very good and compassionate medical professionals. Sometimes, when it’s just us, though, you’ll hear the exasperation come out.
