Inspired by work, where our boss is known as “the E.D.” When I heard someone complaining about the E.D. one day, I asked if they had tried one of those little blue pills. They didn’t get it.
This joke didn’t work at all with the animals, so I brought back Burt and Smitty from “Cottage & CO”. And yes, I know it’s not quite spring, yet, but in my mind Burt & the gang are always boys of the green diamond on summer days.
